[FOSS-GPS] RTKPLOT SNR plotting

Is it possible to have RTKPLOT plot the SNR flag values?

I am using RTKPLOT 2.4.2p11. I open a RINEX receiver observation file which
has observation types L1, L2, C1, P2, D1. It does not however contain S1 or
S2. All other plots are working fine, but the sadly SNR plots are empty.
The RINEX file does contain SNR flag values (1-9) for L1 and L2. Would it
be possible to plot these values?

>From the RINEX header:
SNR is mapped to RINEX snr flag value  [1-9]               COMMENT
L1 & L2:  2-19 dBHz = 1; 20-27 dBHz = 2; 28-31 dBHz = 3    COMMENT
32-35 dBHz = 4; 36-38 dBHz = 5; 39-41 dBHz = 6    COMMENT
42-44 dBHz = 7; 45-48 dBHz = 8; >= 49 dBHz = 9    COMMENT
