[FOSS-GPS] How to configure RTKLIB android with NV08C-CSM chip?

How to configure RTKLIB android with  NV08C-CSM + Tallysman antenna?
I have try configure as version PC,
but not works,
green led blink, but not data recive, any info, any sat bars ¿?

i need any special configure?
