[FOSS-GPS] RTKLIB Output Solutions in Moving Base and Kinematic Mode

Hi,
when RTKLIB is operating in Moving Base and Kinematic mode, is the NMEA
solution the single position of the rover or is it the starting point of the
baseline vector ?
