[FOSS-GPS] How to configure RTKLIB android with NV08C-CSM chip?

Beware that standard baud rates (9600) can easily end up in buffer
overrun due to more data every second than 9600 baud can handle. And at
first, with only a few satellites acquired, the data may be intact, then
have problems once many sats are acquired and more data needs to be sent.

You need to configure the NV08C for 57600 baud and "save" the config.
I'm not sure if that requires the battery to be in place or not. But
you want this config to stay persistent because you're gonna have your
FTDI chip on a fixed configuration for 57600.
