[FOSS-GPS] RKTLib Windows Command Line

Hello!

I am looking for a "quick" solution to compute a PPP solution for a great
number of Observation RINEX files. RTKLib seems to be a very effective tool,
but I was wondering if it was possible to use it through the windows command
line, and hence to "call" it from any other software (i.e. from a global
Matlab code or a batch file).
