Look for CUI (command‐line user interface)
in the docs: <http://www.rtklib.com/prog/manual_2.4.2.pdf>
rnx2rtkp is the CUI version of the rtkpost GUI.

I'd recommend installing mingw.org,
then invoking rnx2rtkp.exe from a
shell script inside MSYS.
