[FOSS-GPS] rtklib / rnx2rtkp gps/glonass

Do we need to install every package in the chronological order? I tried to
add the last patch, but when I tried to compile it, it seems that one of the
function (satantoff in preceph.c) does not correspond to its prototype in
rtklib.h any more...
