[FOSS-GPS] rtklib / rnx2rtkp gps/glonass

Dear Matt,

you have to download only the last patch, and then copy-paste the contents of the patch folder in your RTKLIB folder. Then you replace the existing files, and it's ready. You don't have to compile anything.
