No, but there are some personal modifications I have to apply to the C code
(for the purpose of my research only) before recompiling and using the
rnx2rtkp.exe binary from a command line.

So although I can use the binaries and the interface from the patch (by
pasting the new files), the set of C scripts need to be compilable again for
my purpose.
