[FOSS-GPS] GPS RTK fix availability

I've been testing RTKLIB with a pair of S1315F-RAW using Tallysman TW2410
antenna mounted on roof top. It has good signal reception under open sky
with most GPS signals over 40dB. Somehow I'm only able to get RTK fix
solution on some hours with many GPS signals, and only getting float
solution most of the time across the day.



What are the conditions to get RTK fix solution with RTKLIB? Can everyone
else get RTK fix most of the time? Or am I doing something wrong?
