[FOSS-GPS] GPS RTK fix availability

Nice antenna. I was having issues so I tried a copper ground plane which
resulted in four satellites going over 50 and one sitting at 54. A 30cm
diameter sheet seems to work well. I am upgrading my antenna to a 37db
active from my current 28db and of course it still depends on the position
of the satellites.
