[FOSS-GPS] Applying patches

All,

Following what I saw here and there I applied patch 11 to the current 
official version (2.4.2) to get GLONASS support.  The windows applications 
work fine.

However, I need to use the Unix, CLI, applications so have tried to compile 
them.  I get compilation errors of incompatible declarations of 
satantoff().

Do I need to apply all the patches?  Some don't seem to be available on the 
support page.
