and any data you can provide about the ground plane. [and if there is

To be blunt, if your antenna is a small patch type, it may be that you 
are seeing the phase center vary by several decimeters with the changes 
in yaw and elevation angles between the rover and the SVs as your 
platform moves about.  This can be calibrated out, but that is a rather 
advanced topic.   Looking at trends in the per-SV residuals when at the 
same heading angle from pass to pass is perhaps the best way to get a 
look into this.  That would go a long way to explain the lack of an AR fix.

But it sounds like the community is giving you fast and darn good 
feedback/help on your data set.
