Hello Henry,
The GrafNat software by Novatel is a software for GPS/GNSS data
post-processing, both for static and kinematic positioning. The RTKLib
(RTKPOST module) can be used as a very valid alternative to this software.

The Inertial Explorer software allows to integrate GNSS positioning
data/solution with inertial data (accelerations and angular rates) collected
by an IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). Unfortunately, I don't know if a
open-source solution exists.

Regards,
Mattia
