[FOSS-GPS] RTKGPS+ using RTCM with GPS+GLONASS not working

I found it, the problem was on the port number. For some reason the default
port 1020 doesn't work.
I changed the port to a bigger number e.g. 5000 and it TCP Server can read
the stream and forward it to bluetooth.
