[FOSS-GPS] RTKGPS+ using RTCM with GPS+GLONASS not working

Yes, port numbers in the range 0-1024 are well known ports and are
generally reserved for system or general purpose apps.  On Linux systems
you need super user privileges to bind to those ports.
