Sorry, I don't have Windows running. I see there is a Ucenter for
Android, but I am running a free version of Android without any Google
application, so I don't have access to Android store neither.

I can now access /dev/ttyACMO after "insmod usbserial"

Besides, stations need to be configured remotely. You are not going to
launch Ublox Ucenter, there must be a way to set up the receiver, like
some kind of "AT" commands.
