[FOSS-GPS] Replacing rtkget with wget

Dear all,

I read with great interest this GIT file from rtkget:
https://github.com/tomojitakasu/RTKLIB/blob/master/data/URL_LIST.txt

Maybe it would make sense for us to write a bash script relying on wget
to fetch the needed data. Why not call this script rtkwget

wget [option]... [NAME]

A number of variables could default to current date value, like  %Y, %y
unless specified in the script.

What do you think? Are you using such a script or can it be found
somewhere or should we write it?
