[FOSS-GPS] [RTKlib RTKpost] Manually insert approximate coordinates form RINEX

I have been processing vectors and I had problems with the Base Station
coordinates. The solution I found a few months ago was to manually input the
approximate coordinates from the RINEX-file as X/Y/Z-ECEF and insert the
antenna height. And input the atx-file in files. Does anyone know if this is
an acceptable solution?
