1. If you want to get a fix coordinate of your base you can use 'OPUS' or
'AUSPOS' online services.
2. If you get position of your base using differential or rtk method use
nearest igs station observation file and associate navigation file.
You may also use broadcast ehemerides or final ephemeris for more precise
solution.
3. Or you may use static ppp using final ephemeris, clk and antenna files
etc.
