[FOSS-GPS] RTKlib help pls

Even with the

I used from a couple years back I could never get a FIX solution until I
switched to the rtkexplorer clone with additional fixes incorporated. Will
capture some screenshots this eve and share them with the antennas outside
and not inside next to a window. I can typically get a FIX under a minute.
For fun took a measuring tape as well and measured between antennas on
kitchen pot ground planes and got 1 cm accuracy.
