[FOSS4G-Oceania] Workshop Community Voting Results

I notice that all workshops ranked highly, and there isn't much
difference between them. It is going to make it hard to pick winners.
Have we worked out how many workshops we will run?
I think we should start by showing workshop presenters these results and
how many workshops we plan to select, then see if any of them can see
opportunities to merge workshop ideas and co-present. Facilitate cross
communication by publishing presenter names and helping presenters reach
out to each other.
This hopefully should result in some collaboration, spreading the load,
better workshops, and sharing of the glory.

After that, we then review and cut down the number of workshops to size.
