Yep, a discount could make sense, but I think we did discuss it and decided
to keep it 'simple' (whether this is actually simpler or not, I'm not
sure). I think the cat's out of the bag and we will have to live with
this... but we could *possibly* arrange a discount code for people who ask?

Great idea! We can easily do this on the email that gets sent out when
someone buys a conf registration. I'll do it now.

Clearly we're heading into a phase where we need to be increasing our
communications... but I'm feeling pretty swamped with writing news items,
web page content, tweets, emails, etc... can I call out for some help with
this aspect? Would be great to have a bit of a crew of writers to tag team
this stuff, and help generate content for the media pipeline.
