[FOSS4G-Oceania] childcare/conference considerations

+1. I'm really impressed with how practical and sensible this child 
friendly proposal is. I reckon it is worthy of being promoted as an 
exemplar for others to follow. Well done Adam and others who have pulled 
this together.
