[FOSS4G-Oceania] Travel grant program - call for ideas

Hi all

I’ve started the ball rolling for a travel grant programme, requesting
assistance from OSgeo via an e-mail to conf-dev (as per:
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_Travel_Grant_Programme_2018)

…now we need to design it! I’ve added a document in the Sponsorship folder
in Google Drive (F4G SotM Oceania 2018 travel grant program ideas). Please
add to it. If you don’t have permission to edit or comment on the doc and
want it, please buzz me.

Noting we have some unique cost and distance issues - for example
travelling from a remote community in northwest WA is *expensive*; as is
travel from some Pacific islands (who also may have visa costs).

Also, if we feel that this should be run by the diversity program lead
instead of the sponsorship group, please pipe up. All in all, we all
contribute - but organisational sanity also helps for now and in the future.
