[FOSS4G-Oceania] Motion: Discounted tickets for committee & super volunteers

Hi all, apologies if I left this hanging. You may have noticed a Mailchimp
mailout last night saying there are only 7 Early Bird tickets left... no
fear, committee members don't need to rush for these!

Please feel free at this point to register via the Community Contributor
ticket, available via the website. We've only allocated a few CC tickets in
Tito, but will top up as needed, if we run out please raise with Alex or me
and we will top up (not sure who else has access but there are a couple
more I think).

If your employer is happy to pay for the full price ticket then feel free
to take that option.

In any case, will help to get all committee members registered in the next
few weeks (those who intend to do so, anyway), so we can start getting more
locked down in terms of how many conf & dinner tickets we have to sell. But
all in all - ticket sales seem to be going very well, and presumably will
get a bit of a boost when we announce keynotes, so no stress.
