So there is US$10,000 available for the Travel Grant Program from OSGeo for
FOSS4G 2018 (the Dar Es Salaam event).

I think we'd be doing well if we got US$2000 but maybe I'm being
pessimistic. We can only provide the details of our TGP and ask, right?
