[FOSS4G-Oceania] Plenary Panel Session

…not knowing Deanna I can only accept recommendations from others. Like
John, I’d like to see the topic sorted and then choose a chair. This is
also a great opportunity to amplify / shine a spotlight on people who don’t
already have a huge platform to stand on.

-1 for financial support for a panel chair. Ideally the chair and the panel
will come from the pool of people already turning up.
