[FOSS4G-Oceania] T-shirt supplier and sizes

Tee Junction sounds good.

Not sure if we need double sided? I'm inclined towards just printing our
logo on the shirt.

And on volunteers and maybe committee, I think we should print bright
orange/blue/yellow ones so that folks stand out!
