[FOSS4G-Oceania] Fwd: [OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G SotM travel grant funding request - first cut

Hi,

I think this would be great to run if we have time to juggle more, Martin?
I wonder if we  could tag this onto our current submissions i.e. a prize
for best student paper or even presentation?
Or would it be a separate competition submission?
