[FOSS4G-Oceania] FOSS4G Workshops and OSGeo-Live

OSGeo-Live provides the software only, we'd need to organise to print 
usbs. (There is apparently an art to getting bootable usbs printed 
properly).

There has been talk of OSGeo Foundation sponsoring USBs, but as yet it 
hasn't been followed through onto something concrete.
