[FOSS4G-Oceania] Motion: Discounted tickets for committee & super volunteers

Re: sponsors - we can either set up a separate ticket type or a discount
code, either is easy to implement. Haven't done anything yet. Would
probably be a good idea to kick that off now to get their registrations in.

Also - I'm good with the idea that we adjust this to apply the Community
Contributor discount, seems appropriate to me. Could people perhaps
indicate in their responses here whether they are in support of that?
