[FOSS4G-Oceania] Volunteer requests

Thanks Philip, and thanks to those that have started to populate the sheet.
Can we get some preliminary volunteer requirement estimates from these
people (or an indication that volunteers aren't required):

- Daniel: social program & catering
- David: Community day
- Adam: sponsorship booths setup/teardown

Any suggestions from others are of course welcome. Once we have these in
place, we can start iterating over the volunteer requirements as we pull
the logistics together.
