[FOSS4G-Oceania] Time to open up registration for the Community Day?

Hi everyone,

I'd like to get things ready so we can open up registration for the
Community Day in the next week or two, and in order to do so I'd like to
get a Community Day registration form on our website with the following
details:

Name

Joe Blogs

Email

joe.blogs at gmail.com
