[FOSS4G-Oceania] Time to open up registration for the Community Day?

David, I'm happy to work on getting a rego page up & running with you,
perhaps we can progress that this week. I'll get it started & send you a
link, we can iterate on it.

I like the idea of soft-launching the rego page sooner rather than later,
and then doing a proper formal launch when we have our messaging in place.
