[FOSS4G-Oceania] Program Next Steps

I'm essentially proposing the same amount of paper, adam. Just two A4
double sided.

I don't think we need to list workshops, either. Just the day that
workshops are on. I might be wrong here, and we could list them out... but
by now, people should be aware of them.
