[FOSS4G-Oceania] Missing Keynote - Pia can't make it

My 2c, I don't think the keynotes need to have a background in free and
open source software for geospatial or OpenStreetMap, so long as what
they have to say is thought provoking, highly relevant and applicable to
our work on free and open source software for geospatial and/or
OpenStreetMap.
