[FOSS4G-Oceania] Catering & Social Program food update

Hi all

I have updated two Google Docs with the latest on the catering and food
that will be served at our social program events:

The main thing to note here is in regard to the drinks.

We are having drink stations provided by Ecco Hospitality on all four days.
They can supply urn coffee, tea, juice and water + drinking glasses and
ceramic mugs and then take these away for cleaning. This comes at a
significant cost above drinks in plastic bottles (approx $7 per person vs
$1.50 per person) but saves us from using around 1500 plastic bottles over
the course of the event.

Our estimated $40 per person catering cost will now be around $45 per
person. So an overspend but we have the budget to choose the more
environmentally friendly option that was preferred in previous conference
committee discussions.

There will be no coffee cart.

Otherwise, everything is in alignment with the menus that were originally
proposed. Dietary requirements will be collated and sent to each of the
venues / caterers.
