[FOSS4G-Oceania] Catering & Social Program food update

I'm in favour of an environmentally friendly option.
We should also consider providing a KeepCup as a give-away. It could be
our FOSS4G branding give away thing, and at the same time, we can invite
people to use it at the conference to cut back on disposable.
