[FOSS4G-Oceania] Catering & Social Program food update

Thanks Daniel - great work, and very happy to spend the extra $5/head to
avoid disposable things.

I think we can put something about our commitment to logo printing in
lessons learned - we were far too pessimistic about platinum sponsorship
uptake! We only expected to be printing one logo on a thing… (!!!)
