[FOSS4G-Oceania] FOSS4G SotM Oceania - Program Printing

Hi All

Simple question: *should we provide a printed program?*

Daniel knows of a group who do nice little printed booklets, and we can
potentially put a small, ~20-30 page book with the schedule and abstracts
in it.

But maybe, with a view to reducing waste, we shouldn't do this.

I think we should definitely have something basic on the web, and a PDF to
download.

Thoughts?
