[FOSS4G-Oceania] Locate19 - abstract submission

Hi Alicia,

We have been discussing the Open Source Geospatial Foundation's presence 
at Locate, and some of our board members are planning to attend, and I 
understand will be available to present. How would you like us to 
proceed re transferring speakers?
