We have been discussing the Open Source Geospatial Foundation's presence at Locate, and some of our board members are planning to attend, and I understand will be available to present. How would you like us to proceed re transferring speakers?

Hi,

Much as I'd love to come to Locate, I'm reluctantly going to have to decline. (My employer is not in a position to be able to cover my attendance.).

 

However, if you like I can reach out other board members of our local chapter of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation, some of who live in Melbourne. I expect that one of them would be prepared to present if they could get a free pass for the session they are presenting at.

We are aware you submitted the abstract for a lightning presentation however hope you will consider the offer of a full length talk instead.
