You can use this Google Drive folder to store your documents for your hub:

The storage is kindly provided by OSGeo Oceania.

Please make a folder for your hub, there is already one for Canberra and
Perth.

The folder I linked to is pretty well open-access, so you might want to
adjust the access permissions for your hub's folder.
