Not sure if this is of any value to everyone else but I developed this Survey for people attending Hobart Hub
Maybe a starting point for others to customise

Hi everyone,

Congratulations on another successful FOSS4G SotM Oceania. Despite the challenges over the last couple of years, the community still managed to band together to put together a conference in consecutive years. The photos and accounts I am hearing make it sound well worth the effort.

I wanted to follow up on some post conference tasks while they are fresh in our minds.

Survey
It's really important that we get input from the local hubs on what OSGeo Oceania can do better, but also us as a conference committee. There are already indications on a few things, but feedback is important to draw attention to where we can improve. I have drafted a survey here<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fforms%2Fd%2Fe%2F1FAIpQLSccz4fmCwU0LVdVFSLKPZ23kt-G_mb5yAc1ujSFGIXCXjz2IA%2Fviewform%3Fusp%3Dsf_link&data=04%7C01%7Cdawn.hendrick%40tafensw.edu.au%7Ccea1d537523b4aee2f3308d9a991dcaa%7C1953722255d7458184fbc2da6e835c74%7C0%7C0%7C637727267275685988%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=BJPzgKkhmS3iciG6fanCXYrLnlDmuA1WcURMYsRvpjY%3D&reserved=0>. I'd love your input quickly on whether any more questions are needed. I'll send out the final link in ~24 hours.

Recorded talks
For those that were able to record some of the local hub talks, feel free to create a folder and upload them<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F0%2Ffolders%2F1kWMx_2gLHDjjdeKxDbjK-ANLzJxs8pS-&data=04%7C01%7Cdawn.hendrick%40tafensw.edu.au%7Ccea1d537523b4aee2f3308d9a991dcaa%7C1953722255d7458184fbc2da6e835c74%7C0%7C0%7C637727267275695947%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=VwXNmXbROlT4a5xyFoBPj4NBD85Rj%2Feno3gLzqY5VSY%3D&reserved=0> here. I can then ensure they get uploaded to the FOSS4G SotM Oceania YouTube<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fchannel%2FUCbqmnF77HxLCmO9d7LrEbpg&data=04%7C01%7Cdawn.hendrick%40tafensw.edu.au%7Ccea1d537523b4aee2f3308d9a991dcaa%7C1953722255d7458184fbc2da6e835c74%7C0%7C0%7C637727267275705902%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=90F5F0HNZq5idR7ZTmoSmucA9qeLc%2FyJVKNggnXv8Ak%3D&reserved=0> channel. Thanks @Dawn Hendrick<mailto:dawn_hendrick at hotmail.com> for getting onto this already.

Photos
If you have photos from your local hub, please share them here<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fdrive%2Fu%2F0%2Ffolders%2F10gUp8c_h_TcQ-7NLqtaPT8V4TDp9qCNz&data=04%7C01%7Cdawn.hendrick%40tafensw.edu.au%7Ccea1d537523b4aee2f3308d9a991dcaa%7C1953722255d7458184fbc2da6e835c74%7C0%7C0%7C637727267275705902%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=1FLwm7pOvBnHaP%2Faj%2FgD8DzyIIsaLlFZgur1QaMxpmo%3D&reserved=0>. Ask attendees as well. Photos from the hubs were hugely valuable for marketing and the sponsorship prospectus. Most importantly, it's just nice to see how each day went down.

Finances
If you have any budgeted expenses from the conference that require reimbursement, please email @Greg Lauer<mailto:gregory.lauer at gmail.com>, @Alex Leith<mailto:alexgleith at gmail.com>, and myself so we can take care of them.

Well done to all the local hub organisers. Thanks also to our engaging presenters, attendees, sponsors, and Melissa & Ashane who did a superb job moderating the day.

Have a think about what kind of conference you'd like next year and we can start laying the ground work.

Cheers,

Ed
