Hi Dan,

Thanks very much. You are quite correct.

However I feel we shouldn't completely rule out the option of some
online element - in the feedback I saw although we didn't have many
people online, they were very keen and even people who attended in
person were keen on some online element.

It's a tricky balance, and I am trying to keep everyone happy all of the
time! Ha ha! Also we are not necessarily committing to anything for next
year now, but I want to show we are keeping the door open.

How about this slight re-phrasing:

"We had a good discussion at our debrief meeting and are planning to
reduce the streaming options next year and most likely use a commercial
supplier if we do any live streaming. We feel an online element is
important but the current arrangements are too complex to justify the
time and effort involved. We are open to suggestions for next year and
will revisit this then."

Let me know what you think. Hopefully I can post this up later today /
next few days.

Best wishes,
Nick.

Due to my own life/work balance, you may get emails from me outside of normal working hours. Please do not feel any pressure to respond outside of your own working pattern.
