Hi Nick,

Looks good.  Only comment I have is on:

*"We had a good discussion at our debrief meeting and are planning to
reduce the streaming options next year and most likely use a commercial
supplier. It is still important to have an online element for those who are
unable to attend a specific venue and we are exploring options to include
this."*

I thought that the view was erring more towards the fact that sorting out
all of the streaming is a very significant amount of effort and added
complexity for the organisers at all venues and in reality it was probably
only for the benefit of a fairly small handful of people attending online?
 Pains outweighing the gains!
