[FOSS4G-UK] Local Venue Welcome

Hi Nick,

We've a 15 minute "local welcome" on the agenda, between 9:30 and 9:45
presumably to cover whatever needs to be said at the venue (housekeeping,
local sponsor acknowledgements etc) plus your national welcome. How do we
want that to work? Should we cover local welcomes first then switch over
to you so that it is a smoother transition into Helen's talk (who
presumably you would introduce)? Is 15 mins going to be sufficient for
both - how long do you need for your bits?

Dan
