Hi All,
These buffet stations are as required by Catering and Facilities of the
CTICC. 800 people is a lot to feed without creating unnecessary queues and
frustration with serving etc -and whilst not everyone will eat at exactly
the same time lunch is spread over a 90minute to 2hr period maximum.
Regards
Petro

Hi All,
My feeling is that there are too many buffet stations. Is this a food show
or a technology show ?
Maybe lose two of the buffet stations and tables in the middle and add
another row of stalls or expand the IT stations, I think there will be
greater demand for that than what is allocated at present.
For the eventual volume of people (working on last years figures) we really
don't need that many food stations (if catering is up to standard, which I
know it is, I've been to events at CTICC before), factoring that not
everybody will eat at the same time at the stations.
My Zim$2 :)
Dewald.

Hi all
Here's the exhibition floorplan after going through many iterations driven
by Magda and Petro, thanks ladies!
Considerations: 3x3m is a reasonable size and we've tried to maximise the
number of them. If exhibitors want a bigger stand they can buy two or three
adjacent ones. We've had to take into account serving food, people access
and flow and fire regulations.
Some coffee stations and other minor details might change but what I need
you to approve is the size, number and layout of the stalls and the demo
theatre. If you have any comment please send by 16h00 Fri 16th GMT +2..
Gavin
