[Foss4g2008loc] FW: Listing FOSS4G2008 on the ICA website

What does their mailing list look like? Do we get it as part of their  
involvement? How many people on it? E-mails? Mailing addresses? If  
it's got several thousand entries, then it might be worth it.  
Otherwise, it's not.
